Following the due diligence of the company by alx-management (post acquisition), complete restructuring process with the recruitment and hiring of a full time transition turn around CEO, and of several other transition managers in key functions (strategic purchasing, industrial operations, etc…). Negotiation with political organization, banks and court in order to get out of the post insolvency process. Sales of subsidiaries and real estate assets in order to reimburse remaining debt. Successful results with immediate stop of cash burn, introduction of ERP system and launch of analytical cost accounting. Company back to profitability 18 months after initial action.

The company is active in metal transformation (metal plates, wires, mesh), manufacturing and selling a broad range of products for industrial, automotive, aeronautic and construction applications.

The company is active in development and implementation of custom specific industrial airflow control systems, mostly in Europe
