Negotiation with political organization, banks and court in order to get out of the post insolvency process. Sales of subsidiaries and real estate assets in order to reimburse remaining debt. Successful results with immediate stop of cash burn, introduction of ERP system and launch of analytical cost accounting. Company back to profitability 18 months after initial action.
