Dr Alex BEZINGE has developed a broad panel of experience and expertise in operation, management, strategy, business development, and investments in private equity, all of which in the technology and industrial sector.

In 2005, Alex has launched his own company alx-management providing Management & Advisory Services to PRIVATE EQUITY funds and INDUSTRIAL companies (due diligence, business solution provider, board advisor), in the distressed, buyout and start-up sector. Previous to that, Alex has executed numerous M&A transactions and has advised on VC deals across Europe as an Investment Director for Atila Venture Partners since 2001.

Before then, Alex was CEO of a multinational high-tech company within Swatch Group, CTO and COO in a precision instrumentation US Group Brown&Sharpe, and R&D manager within a microelectronics manufacturer at Ascom microelectronics. Originally, he spent 6 years in research at Geneva University and the IBM Almaden Research Centre in California.

Alex is Swiss, has a Masters degree in Physics from ETH Zürich, a PhD in Physics from Geneva University and performed post-grad management studies at INSEAD and STANFORD.
