In 1995, Alex became Board member as he was CTO and COO at TESA BROWN&SHARPE.

He then took a number of Board and Chairman seats as he was acting as an Investment Director at Atila Venture Partners, a European based VC Fund.

Alex became subsequently Board advisor for several portfolio companies of a large London Private equity Fund specialized in distressed and turn around deals.
