In 1995, Alex became Board member for the first time as he was CTO and COO at TESA BROWN&SHARPE.

He then took a number of Board and Chairman seats as he was acting as an Investment Director at Atila Venture Partners, a VC Fund.

Alex became subsequently Board advisor for several portfolio companies of a large London Private equity Fund specialized in distressed and turn around deals.

While launching a new venture based on an original idea, Alex and three partners founded a new company in 2009, and raised capital to successfully develop, industrialize and commercialize highly integrated touch modules and a unique touch watch product. The company had first revenues end of 2011, and is cash positive ever since. Alex is a shareholder and Board member.
